Godrick down! That guy was very very hard. Advice:
have a look around the level for a female npc tarnished who offers to help fight Godrick. Sheās incredibly effective, and can sometimes paralyse him with a very big occasional critical hit. Take her before you take a real person, from what she says it sounds like youāre meant to take her anyway.
Oh and do not overcommit. I eventually won by hanging back and making well judged attacks. If you wail on him heāll one hit you while you canāt roll back fast enough. And your summons ai or otherwise canāt help if youāre dead
Am now in a new, very distinct area from the starter one which seems to be just as big. This game is massive.
