I had a notion to pick up a bass guitar since I’ve not played in years. Went on Gumtree and found a decent looking cheap bass that’d been listed 4 weeks ago. I assumed it’d be sold but messaged the guy anyway just in case. He still had it, so I asked if I could come and take a look this weekend. Straight away he replies “Sorry no, I don’t have time for folk to come here to try stuff, then make up their mind if they want it.” I guess that explains why it’s still available after 4 weeks. People are so weird.
