To be fair the bottom half went really well 😀😀😀
I think they just need to slow down. I’m fairly positive when it comes to ‘fail fast’, but trying to launch something like that every four weeks with amount of changes introduced between launches gives no chance for your quality control processes to keep up. And a chunk of rocket can do a huge amount of damage to somebodies head.
Slow down - not to ESA speed, but cut out the unnecessary risks.
