Alex Very interesting grid. The RBRs look faster than I thought, I thought they’d be a tenth or so faster, but four tenths is pretty incredible. Also not a bad showing from Old Man Alonso.

Alex And that’s why Lewis Hamilton is a seven times world champion. I can’t help but feel that’s a Hamilton win rather than a Mercedes win. Botas was 16 seconds down the road before he pitted.
Alex Big problem for Red Bull once again is the second driver not being in the fight, the whole idea of bringing in Perez was so he could act as a rear-gunner. I know Perez had a bad qualifying etc but RBR really need him to get his act together and act as a buffer, his absence really left Verstappen exposed today.

Alex GassyHaggis Yeah the BBC commentators have no love for Mazepin. It’s actually surprising he’s so bad, I mean has had some success in the lower categories, but now he’s struggling to keep it pointed in the right direction. He’s like me in the F3 in iRacing. 🤣
