Brave Haven’t played it for a good long while. The roguelike mode sounds like it could be brilliant though.
DrDamn Yes it is … https://www.eurogamer.net/four-promising-indie-games-coming-to-xbox-game-pass-this-year
Brave Preview update just enabled ray tracing… In Doom… …Eternal Mind blowing. From what I hear, you can get medium and 40fps. That’s mental.
Kafkaesque Fumanstu Thanks Stu! I need to get set up on game pass at some point but more than enough to be tinkering with for now.
Kafkaesque Now is later - thanks Fumanstu cracking little game. VS had got to the point where a quick game wasn’t really an option, this fills that gap nicely. Although it’s rarely one quick game!
Kafkaesque What’s the DRG game that’s mentioned a few times above? I’ve seen Deep Rock Galactic, there’s a spin off of that, and a game actually called DRG 🤔
Brave There’s a spin off of Deep Rock?? Edit: there’s only one DRG, dude. Deep Rock Galactic is the greatest dwarven sci-fi mining game, with tameable space bugs, ever made.
Brave Next Fest is on. This is fun. Reddit says it works great on deck with no faff. I’ve just had a really fun hour on it. Think CoD x Destiny in medievally timey. It’s by NEXON so there’s f2p crap in there but it’s not too bad and I actually really enjoyed it despite that. Worth a download.
DrDamn https://steamdeckhq.com/news/lenovo-legion-go-first-impressions/ I quite like that they have understood some of the advantages a Steamdeck has over it’s more powerful competitors - i.e. control flexibility. Lenovo with their own take on this with detachable controllers, a trackpad and an interesting FPS mode (First Person Shooter - mouse like?). A fair few niggles too, but the space is developing.
Brave That’s the one thing I miss with the Ally. I’ll take the trade-off because of the silliness with easy anti cheat, but I do much prefer those steamdeck controls.
