Alex I think people do struggle with Phrike, but that’s because the strategy for each boss is essentially the same. Once you’ve figured out how to defeat one boss in Returnal you’ve figured them all out. Oh and Rotgland Lobber is the best weapon. 🙂
Alex Imma guess if they haven’t added one by now they never will. I’d be up for more Returnal though, maybe an expansion? (We can dream)
DrDamn Alex they did seem to indicate it wasn’t a quick adjustment to make (allowing games) - which is odd. I stopped playing while waiting for a patch for this.
Gordon I don’t know how patching works on PS5, but 6GB seems like a lot if it doesn’t include new assets.

Alex Returnal is The Guardian’s GOYT. I’m please it’s getting end of year recognition, I was worried it might get a bit forgotten about. Easy GOTY for me personally.
Jogort Finished!!! Didn’t realise how close to the end I actually was, kept getting so far into the 2nd time underwater and getting my ass handed to me. Got to the boss just now and beat him first attempt…. Woohoo. Great game and should have finished this ages ago.

Alex Yeah, it’s not actually that hard. You need to spend some time farming each zone to collect a token in each that can appear at random. Once you have all six tokens you can unlock an extra cut scene. Apparently at the end you can interact with the car which is how to unlock it. However I just watched it on YouTube. 😂
Jogort Got all the pieces required, you get 1 more trip to the house and to the upper ledge in the house area also for a wee bit more story. Now have to kill Ophion again which wasn’t too hard the previous 2 times I’ve done it, I find getting there through Biome 6 harder.
Brave Alex oh my god I literally said to either Gordon or Dan a couple of weeks ago that coop could be amazing. Now make money fall from the sky!
Jonbwfc With a bit of help I might actually progress in it a bit : D. I love it but I’m not very good at it. I realise this may not encourage people to want to do-op with me… Looks like 2 players at once? Free DLC as well. Respect for that.
