Been playing around with trophi.ai, which is an AI based driving coach. I think I remember it from a few years back, but it’s improved a lot.
You do a few laps as it monitors you, then it gives you some reports about your driving. It said mine was shit, so I guess it’s pretty accurate. 😆
The key feature though is that it will give you advice in game as you drive, so before each corner it will say “brake 10m later, turn in earlier, maintain higher mid corner speed” etc.
Sometimes it’s a bit confusing to decode what it’s trying to tell you, but it definitely helped me shave around half a second off at Oulton Park in the F4, a track/car that I know very well, so it’s definitely seems to be working.
Nice to find a good use of AI every once in a while too. 😅
