Brave yeah that’s interesting, thanks. Another option is these bass shakers, which some people use.
Started to get the pedals tuned to my liking now.
The first thing that needs adjusting is that for some reason the pedals come with the stiffness of the throttle set at its maximum, which is maybe not that wise for an accessibility standpoint.
It’s easy enough to change the pedal stroke with an allen key though, and setting it to the lightest immediately felt a lot better. The pedal has plenty of travel too which is nice, I was driving the Japanese Super Formula car in iRacing and it was definitely easier to control the throttle than with the old CSL Elites.
For the brakes I’ve got elastomers and springs to play with. I have 60, 80, and 90 hardness shores, but none of them feel exactly right. I have bought an accessory pack with 70s in it but it will take a week or so to arrive from China. Right now I’m using the 2nd softest spring (blue) with two 60 (red) and one 80 (green) shore. It doesn’t feel too bad and gives some nice initial travel while getting stiffer as it goes, similar to a real brake.

I think I could fiddle with this for ages though so will stop when it gets decent enough.
I’ve also had to adjust the Playseat to make it a bit longer and now my feet are more raised it’s starting to feel more like a real racing car seating position. I wouldn’t mind actually being able to make the pedals slightly flatter, it’s as flat currently as the Trophy goes, but it’ll do for now.
