Yeah, he’s not very clear what default means. I’ll have to check when i fire up the PS5 later.

Alex the issue with XSX/XSS was that energy saver mode didn’t do downloads in the background until an update earlier this year. So if you wanted stuff to update and be ready you needed to use the much more costly “instant on” mode.
DrDamn I was more interested in the PS5 rest mode power usage, as I tend to use it sparingly, but if it’s really that cheap then I’d use it more often.
