I don’t see that (or the one in Brazil) as a legit overtaking move. It’s amateurish and Kobyashi-esk (who got a reputation for this) in that what he’s basically done is he’s braked so late he can’t actually make the corner. He hasn’t pushed Lewis wide here, he’s basically only been able to stop the car by the outside white line of the track. That isn’t making the corner, he’s completely missed the corner. That isn’t an even remotely optimum line for taking that corner and has basically left Lewis with a decision to make, either get off the track out of my way or have a crash. That isn’t overtaking to me, that required no skill and it’s desperate.
If he was side by side with Lewis fair enough. He wasn’t anywhere close.
