DrDamn Brave Yeah I watched it quite late last night and actually liked the look of quite a few games. The problem was the expectations they set. That shifted everyone’s focus to a first proper look at what to expect from XSX games, rather than the games themselves - which was you say were actually quite interesting.
Brave Like the Sony one (but not to such an extent) I think the media and subsequently fan base ran away with this one tbh. I thought it was fine. And based on what they actually said above. I think they set the expectations just fine

Games run with the full power of the XSX at their disposal, including the option to double framerates where possible (30 to 60, even 60 to 120). Impressive.
DrDamn Interesting … XSE? Links in to the slightly odd message here … Matt Hargett is ex-PS and has posted/hinted at PS5 GPU hardware design points a couple of times. So “720p/1080p that’s compatible with 900 games” - handheld? Streaming box? Or is XSE just a server blade. Where does the 900 games come from? Is this what MS will support in XCloud when it launches properly?
Brave Oh here. What a terrible shock to discover that weegies are as parochial as folk from every other city. =P Xbox handheld though. I’ll be in there like a shot. This is a hugely interesting run up to next gen.

BritishBean r0wie it’s been over two years since a Forza Motorsport has been released. It’ll be pretty much 3 by the time the console comes out. There better be some fucking Forza announcement or I’ll be well pissed!
DrDamn Live now! Halo Infinite … very Halo but harks back to the original feeling I got of big open areas, vistas and open gameplay.

To not have a Forza Motorsport at launch us a big disappointment for me. I’ll probably now wait until next year to buy the console once I’m in the new house.
Jogort Yeah halo looked good, everwild looked interesting but all cinematic shown? Works have thought there’d be more from Forza for launch.
