There’s a similar issue with Switch controllers just now too. Might be worth taking it apart carefully and giving it a clean.

Also, try PowerA. They have loads of options.

I’ve been using this for about 18 months with no issues. It’s not as comfy as a MS one but it’s solid.

Brave One of these? Quite a lot of the Argos reviews complain of broken buttons etc.

Well yeah - but it’s 15 quid on that link and has 4.6 out of 5 from 729 reviews. I’d say it’s likely a fairly low percentage surely? It’s just an inexpensive second controller really.

This will be my main controller. May just get an MS on in Sainsburys for £40 (they’re the cheapest, amazingly). As noted in 1st post, don’t like buying MS, but they may be the most reliable. All Playstation 1 & 2 controllers & consoles still work fine.

Joystick drift affects PS5, X1 and others.

I had to send back one of my PS5 controllers last month, the left stick started drifting upwards.

Gordon At least it was still under warranty.

Had it since day 1 on my Switch. Contact cleaner has helped but it comes back pretty quick. Not noticed it on Dualsense, a couple of older DS4’s have occasional drift.
