Hey, they “fixed” the HDR implementation in RDR2. I remember there being a long thread about that on the old forum, mainly made by me. But anyway, according to Digital Foundry it now has a more traditional HDR implementation. I tried it myself and it’s definitely a lot more subtle now, and less of a big effect like it was before.
They also released a bunch of new stuff for Red Dead Online, which I mean to try at some point. I had a go last year after completing the single player game, but found it a bit slow. The huge space between places works in the single player to create atmosphere, chances for hunting, and exploration, but in the online it just creates boredom. I’ve read there have been lots of problems with griefing as well, but that’s likely a side-effect of a lack of things to do.
I’m guessing it’s too much to still hope for a Witcher 3 style expansion.
Edit: also that’s the perfect forum colour! 😂
