Another patch on PS5 and coming on Switch. Seems like they’ve concentrated on progression breaking bugs and other odd bugs like the out of bounds weirdness. Side spin is now improved though it will go badly if early on lefthand spin or late on righthand spin at impact. It at least does roughly what you wanted if perfect or the other side of impact.
Of note still not fixed from my perspective:
- Smoothness of shot meter - I’ve got better as muscle memory is getting used to the timing, but the meter itself is still not a smooth animation and that’s problematic.
- Not able to switch to X as take shot in preferred control setting - I’m kind of used to O now, but this is still broken
I’ve maxed out Jasmine as a character and unlock a few more now. Progressing Challenge mode mostly with occasional World Tour dalliances to unlock a new character for use. I’ll circle back to them when I have done Challenge mode. Think I’ve still only seen 5 of the 10 courses, and only have 4 of those unlocked for play. They do get trickier as you progress, and as they become more varied in terms of terrain tend to look a bit nicer too.
One additional thing I’d like them to do is remove the floodlights completely when not playing at night. They just get in the way and detract from the looks when you don’t need them.
