Alex The usual games from Alonso, clearly he was trying to make Russell brake on the apex so he could get on the gas a car length earlier. When you play those sorts of games you’ve got to take the consequences when it all goes wrong.
Brave Aston really need to think about getting rid of stroll. It’s surely embarrassing at this point. He’s being schooled ruthlessly by Alonso.
Alex There’s a joke going around F1 circles at the moment, as the top five teams are ahead of the rest, the bottom ten drivers are just battling each other to beat Stroll.
Brave Just saw the highlights. That stroll incident was particularly stupid. It’s becoming untenable.

Newey, regarded as the greatest Formula 1 designer in history, has told Red Bull he wants to move on, BBC Sport has learned. The 65-year-old has been unsettled by the situation at Red Bull since Horner was accused of sexual harassment and coercive, abusive behaviour by a female employee, which Horner denies.
Alex The Sky report is a bit woolly, says he’s just “thinking” about leaving but hasn’t made up his mind. It would be strange if this turned out to be incorrect, given the coverage from all quarters.

Alex As predicted Hulk to Audi/Sauber. Makes sense for him to go but I feel Audi will need someone stronger in the other car. Maybe Sainz? Presumably Bearman will replace him at Haas. Also from 2025 so will have a year of pain before it becomes Audi.
Brave Yeah that’s a big deal. They either feel they owe him or he’s got something he can blow the lid off with. Either could be true 🙂
