Iāll probably go tentatively mid-tier, and based on gt7 and their new approach, Iāll probably rarely buy a Sony game on launch now. If their plan is to put games on there that weāve already paid through the nose for, then Iām not going to pay through the nose. Iām actually mildly pissed off at the list they have there, given the several hundred quid Iāve spent on buying those games over the last however long since launch.
Theyāve been, unsurprisingly, vague about some important details, such as are we getting their new games in the service at launch or not? Edit: that info might mollify me somewhat. The term āblockbuster hitsā implies theyāll have been on sale, but Iām getting a little tired of the whole āahhh, but we didnāt not, not say weād not do the thing we did say we wouldnāt ā style of āhonestyā that Sony are espousing at the moment.
Right from the off as they started marketing this new gen theyāve left most of the hype up to their customerās assumptions, and itās a dick move imo.
