Alex It’s setup good for the sprint, VER on pole but the Ferrari looks much faster just they never got a lap in. Imola is a hard track to pass on so reckon LEC will be all over the back of VER.
BritishBean That was a fairly interesting sprint. Fair play to Max on that one. Looked like he just kept a gap to LEC until he was ready to pounce.
Alex Yeah looked like Max was saving his tyres at the start. Smart driving from him. You could practically hear the tifosi deflate when he passed Leclerc.
BritishBean GassyHaggis Bad run isn’t it! Costly mistake for LEC. VER is getting closer. VER had a very strong weekend. Glad to see Lando on podium again to salvage a bit of a boring race. They should have enabled DRS way, way earlier.
Alex Some background on the entry. I guess I’m a bit sceptical as there has been talk of VW joining F1 for as long as I can remember but it always falls through at the last minute. This effort does seem stronger than the others though.
