I do like the BMW M4 a lot but not been super into the last couple of tracks, Tsukuba 2000 and Brands Hatch Indy, which are both very short and twisty tracks where it’s very hard to overtake.
Laguna Seca is much more enjoyable, and while a tricky track to drive (cleanly), is much better for racing.
As I was quitting practice I saw a race was just starting, so decided to jump in. Messed up the quali and started at the back, but climbed to sixth in the race with only two incident points, which I was pretty happy with.
Here is my best practice lap, a 1:32.35. Still a lot of time to find, a low 31 should be reasonably easy with more practice.
