No great surprise really. Although I remember picking mine up on launch day and immediately suffering through hand cramps to learn SFIV.

Interesting though that they announce this today. There’s another weird partner showcase in just over an hour, but this time it’s live streamed and they’re making a bigger marketing push.
There’s been talk of a switch specific Monster Hunter in development. Not quite World but also not back to the 3DS style of game.
Would be nice to think that would be the only thing they’d make such a big deal out of in terms of 3rd parties. Although Doom Eternal is AWOL as well.
