I think essentially the core of what we are looking at is a subscription steaming service running PC versions of recent and brand new software. They will initially partner heavily with existing game makers and, following a Netflix like model, eventually transition to developing or commissioning more of their own content.
They have also recently tweeted that Ubisoft and idSoftware will be joining them at the reveal.
