I’m finding, after so many years of notionally more linear Souls games, the non linear kinda parallel approach of Demon’s Souls is messing with my head.
How are you all tackling this? I’m currently taking the approach of going through a world as far as I can before I wind myself back to the Nexus and start a new one.
I’m not really doing it in order though. I knew that world 3 had some good magic drops and shinies so I’m there now, and it turns out it has an item that will help with another world I’m stuck on.
Currently butting my head against 3-2 but starting to wonder if I should go elsewhere to level up a bit.
It’s great this. It’s been so long since i played that it’s very like playing for the first time. I get moments where memories are jogged and I can totally remember the next section, but it’s still a joy to play.
