There are charts out there inc. one from Kunos which has lap times for each circuit and driver class. So as a very basic example, Pros can be expected to achieve 1:57-58, Pro-AM 1:58-59 and AM 1:59-2:00.
I was setting very strong Pro-AM times at Hungaroring. So I get the concern from others, each team has a Pro a Pro-AM and an AM. But if I’m as quick at Hungaroring as I am elsewhere then our team has a Pro and 2x Pro-AM which isn’t quite fair on the other teams.
So yeah as I say, compromise agreed. Next weeks car for Pros (and me) is the BMW M6 GT3 at Imola, I’ve given it a quick go and it’s not a bad car on base aggressive setup so not all bad.
