@Jogort A good alternative for you might be luminar. It’s a one-off cost, as opposed to a sub, and is a bit more intuitive imo , than lightroom. I’ve been using Lightroom for years and still have issues remembering how to certain things because it does so much that you might not need.

Iirc it also has a raw file catalog feature too. I admit I only use it for certain things, but still use adobe most of the time. For your use case though, you might not need to sub to creative cloud.
