The implementation in Forza was what sold me on the X1 in the first place.
The other improvement in the Dual Sense is the change in tech for how rumble is done in the main pad. @Gordon mentioned it above and I think it’s similar to the HD Rumble in the Switch. People have described how you can feel the vibration travel across the pad from one side to the other, or how it represents the surface Astrobot is walking on. Essentially it allows for a lot more variation and subtle control.
It may well be that this ends up only getting exploited by Sony first party stuff, but features are being used in the big third party titles too, and feedback from devs on forums has indicated that they have made it very easy to add to games with a great set of tools and example code.
