Alex Both Piastri’s crashes this weekend have been weird and quite similar. Just like he’s misjudged the grip on turn in. Very strange. It’s a shame that Norris wasn’t able to put more of a dent in his lead, but hopeful there’s still a chance over the rest of the season, as previous years Piastri has been strong in the middle part of the season but has dropped off a lot in the latter part. I expect the headlines will inevitably be “Norris is rubbish” and not “Piastri crashes twice”.
Brave All I’m going to say is, every time Piastri has even come close to that this year, he’s effectively been immediately scolded over the radio. I think this will be the end of anything resembling papaya rules.
