I’ll probably go into detail at a later date but just a quick post to say I’m really enjoying it. Handling is without a doubt my favourite of any sim so far.

I tried a bit yesterday but was feeling super rusty. Tried again today and was more on the pace. Some 15 seconds quicker round Spa than the previous day, so I’m starting to knock the rust off a bit.

There’s a some very cool features coming in the next patch. Including an asynchronous coop endurance mode where you can hand over to your team mates at the end of your stint and they can take over on their rig when they’re able to. You can even have different AI and assist settings per person and the leaderboards take all that into account. Sounds really interesting.

Sounds good, did you try it with your PSVR2? Must admit I’ve had the PC adapter for weeks and it’s still in the box unopened….

Still waiting for the adapter to arrive. John Lewis were the only ones that seemed to have stock and I bought the one stock they had 😬

Yeah, I’d be interested in hearing how the PSVR2 works out, not that I’m too fussed about getting one.

I keep meaning to give iRacing another try since they’ve added the rain, but I still need to figure out exactly what my setup is going to be. I will probably buy the trophy at some point, but the £500 price puts me off a bit.

Alex The trophy is the only seat/rig purchase that I’ve never regretted for what it’s worth, despite the price.

It’s unbelievably comfortable. Every other seat I’ve had I’ve had to get out of within an hour. I can sit in the trophy for hours at a time.

Side note: I’ve lost a little weight too so I can get out of it easier and no longer have to breathe in when the wheel spins at start up 😅
